I can see this from a number of ways.
1 Hawking is hardly "poor" and won't effect him at all.
2 This is import tax, why the heck can't we build them here ?
3 As usual the most vulnerable with the least support will pay even more, Disgusting indeed.

Very unfair, along with being highly discriminating against those who are helpless and can only use this type of transport to get around! >:( >:( >:(

I wonder if this will be one of those cases that will make it to the European Court of Human Rights at Strasbourg? ::) ::) ::)  Or  will Gordon Brown do the right thing before it goes that far? :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X

;D ;D ;D you've made me splutter into my chamomile tea, Ms Zoom  ;D ;D the only thing that the deputy Premier could possibly do is to slope off very quietly into the sunset - after all we already have, in Lord Peter, a very capable Prime Minister [smiley=lolk.gif] [smiley=lolk.gif] [smiley=lolk.gif]

There was an earlier version, I think late 1960s, early 1970s where a very old PuppetMaster is again attacked and his puppets go to work seeking revenge which they do in a must gruesome, graphic fashion that is somehow better than this version. 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)  I cannot find it yet however!  :'( :'( :'( :'(
