Where Would You Live If You Won The Lottery.
« on: 11 July 2009, 12:11:57 »

After starting the other thread

http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1247310153/new#new

it got me thinking where would I live if money were no object.

The honest reply would have to be I think my main home would stay where it is.  But I reckon I would invest in a 2nd home over in the states just to go over and play for a few months a year.

mmmm  difficult one this....Ive been to some fabulous place's in europe,Rome ,Madrid,Florence, and others to many to mention ,but I always liked comeing home to UK after being away for however it long work took. But if push came to shove it would have to somewhere with loads of space to get away from it all ,so canada ,northern US states or Austraila would do me

Corsica. The Meds best kept secret. French and an island so doubly not cheap. It has everything from mountains to secluded beaches.

I would use that as a base to see the rest of the world.

Why own property? - have an accommodation address instead.

If the win were sufficiently substantial why not spend a month at a good hotel in each of the significant capital cities around the world, on a recurring basis?

Enjoy the differing cultural aspects on offer and follow the great events as they happen in their seasonal schedule.

Some where that's peaceful with no alarms, dogs barking, people shouting, noisey exhausts, etc. Most certainly NOT this country. I love England, but i hate all that it's become >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
