look at it this way the same people who were pulling their faces about the noise etc,would have been calling you rotten for chastising your kids and then branded you a bully .It happen to a friend of mine . He couldn't do right for doing wrong. the customers wanted to involve the police and report him social services .  By the way you couldn't meet a more doting loving dad

i hate people like that

my next door neighbour has done it to us lots of times now
we are really getting peed off with him

Apart from the obvious, it would be better  to give him no ammunition ,but i suppose it would be like having a monkey on your back constantly looking over yours and Anne's shoulder to see if your being spied on

he sits by the window 24/7 and if we are in the back garden he is up the back window

ive tried reporting him but ive been told nothing can be done unless he harms the kids
while he is looking he can get away with it


thats 1 of the main reasons we aint at home alot

Its a bit late then isn't it.Do you believe that your kids are in danger  or is he just old lonely, bored and nosey

lonley - ha, his own wife walked out on him cause he has a go at every one

bored - pass

nosey - he sure is

he had his windows painted black once for reporting someone in the street
not sure of the full story as i had only just moved into the house at the time

he got rushed into hospital a few weeks back and was told he was really ill

his son came round and said to me he is ok and is back home
i almost said "thats a shame"
