And pickles there own...

Try putting loads of garlic and red hot chillies in the jar...

Just tried one that has been fermenting away for the last 4 weeks....Lovely, if i say it myself!  :y :y :D :D

 I will be making some more of those  :y :y

Love them but boy do they make you have Flatulence  ;D so Mrs. Loo-knee & Little Miss Loo-knee's don't  ;D ;D

TD could you do me an ingredients list and instructions please. SWMBO was only saying the other day she fancied a pickled agg and we can't find them in these cr@ppy supermarkets. :y

Its easy  :y

I assume you know how to make shelled hard boiled eggs...
Shove em in a jar of Sarsons pickling vinegar.....
Leave them for approx 4 weeks  :y

Tho add half a bulb of garlic (peeled)...and a pack of hottest red chillies you can find for added taste  :y :y

My local Tesco's only sells Sarsons distilled pickling vinegar......dont get that....in my preference i dont like it....flavour is reduced....but your choice....

My local Sainsbury's sells the 'brown' version  :y

Distilled is clear vinegar.....ordinary is brown colour.
