Training is one thing, after applying for any job of that nature a CRB check is compulsory, so if it's DLK it'll probably take them ten years to do the check  ;D ;D

So, I am guessing that it might be a person who has been 'helping within a primary school' :y What has this person got a degree in?

My kid brother Graduated from his PGCE yesterday  and my sister has 1 year to go on hers :y
Lots of work but worth it if its what you want to do 8-)
