This insomnia is driving me up the wall!

Been up since 3 this morning after about an hour and a half sleep, been to bed once and got fed up just laying there. So I've took the dog out for a walk and had another beer. I'm about to open the whiskey Mark MV6 gave me :y Anyone for a wee dram?

hell yes. i'll have a drink with you sir. i too went to bed. got bored of just laying there looking t the ceiling so came back down stairs. only got 2 beers left tho

unfortunatly i have recently discovered that while i was working way last week my stash was considerably downsized so its off to bed shortly for me.

:( I'd kneecap whoever drank it :P You need some of the glow in the dark stars and moons for the bedroom ceiling, they help me to nod off by counting them ;D

i normally leave the tv on and just fall asleep but since i been out of town she got used to sleepin without the tv. hence the reason why i'm downstairs at daft oclock watching bruce springstein at glastonbury and chatting on here

Just in in from work at the pub, and pissed. Sleep shouldn't be a problem, although spelling is a bit tricksy  :D

Have you tried the right hand method of sleep inducement, it works for me ::) ;D
