I've just dumped Norton and installed Avast on my PC, but now, every time after I reactivate the screen from screen saver mode, and subsequently use the right mouse button (i.e. to go "back"), it leaves a highlighted bar saying "back" on the screen until next time the screen saver kicks in, and then when reactivated again it is gone- until next time i use a right button function.
Any ideas?

Well I'm obvious being daft - can't find a control personalisation option within avast, and if you meant the one in windows control panel, then the avast screen saver wasn't active

Windows did an update and auto restart today, and the problem seems to have dissapeared. :y
