My right arms got pins and needles again, just started now.

Maybe I should make another appointment again?

Or is it just me laying funny on my arm/elbow maybe?

I don’t know, anyway its starting to go back to normal now (2 mins later), so im off to bed!

I think that you know that it would be the sensible thing to do.

Guess so, prob come back home with swine flu though then  Cant win! 

Just wondering, If you lay on your right side for example, and prop your head up with your right arm, would you get pins and needles from doing so every time you did this? If that makes sence 

Happens to me every time! Sometimes, i'm am woken up by a 'dead arms' slap on my face, a painful one too  And it hurts when the arm/leg comes round as pins and needles get really intense  :-?
And getting it now in my legs so need to lower the pc chair

Seriously get it checked out A.S.A.P. The same thing happened to me, went to the Dr who told my blood pressure was off the scale, and that I'd been rather lucky to get a warning. I now have normal blood pressure with the help of a few pills a day, reasonable diet (mostly), and excercise.
Then again it could just be a trapped nerve or the way you sleep.

They didnt actually check my blood pressure when I saw the doctor last time, which I thought they would  :-?

I would have thought so too, it was the first thing mine did, and I'm bloody glad he did. I now get summoned every year for an MOT(blood, and urine tests along with BP), and passed again this year( so did the car).
I should add that when I had my problem I woke up like you with a dead left arm which turned into pins, and needles only they didn't go away for a couple of days!
Better to be safe than sorry, STAY WELL

I get it sometimes but mine is from a trapped nerve in my shoulder.

However with me its laptop + OOF! If I take laptop in, I would put £150 on it that I will have bad pins and needles!

Sounds like you're not establishing the chemically-enforced exclusion zone effectively enough.
