Not sure I'll have time to get on tomorrow as there's a pikey van to pack, a car to clean, a roof rack to fit and pack, and a whole load of other stuff to do .....  :)

Yup .. won't be on again until around the 15 th ... we is off to France tomorrow night on the annual attempt to reduce both the cheese mountain and the wine lake.

So enjoy some peace and quiet while I'm away ...  don't say you'll miss me ... I know you won't !!

Where in france you going to matey, i am very sorry i wont get back to france in the mig again this year, stayed in some wonderful gite's this year on the trip through to portugal,  Boo Hoo. :'(

Not very far this year ... Pontorson, near Saint Malo ... we have passed through the area many times en route to western/southern France .. but we've never actually "done" the area, so after last years long trek to the Tarn Valley (Millau) we thought we'd do a short run this year and explore around that area .. :)

You will enjoy the countryside mate, it is a beautiful area and as you say often just passed through to other areas. We stopped this year in Le mans instead of driving past, and the town centre is fantasstic with some very fine resturants and lots of history too. [ [not just the racing circuit]. :y
