Just got back with Hanna from a long walk. I just resist playing with that Wasp nest again. This time i got stung ;D ;D ;D ;D 

I'm going back, revenge comes 10 fold :) :y

Take someone with you in case the worst happens ,but make sure you give them a video camera , you could get a bit of cash for something like that ;D ;D ;D

Reminds me of a mate of mine a few years back.  He was having 'naughties' in the bushes down the Park with a willing young wench and got stung between his b-m hole and his goolies!  When we got him to Casualty there wasn't a dry eye in the place!!!!!

I used to electrocute them with a generator from a 500v megger when I was a kid. Could take a while to do a whole nest though.  ;)

Seems you & i were alike as kids. I figured out a way of picking them up in such a way by their wings that they couldn't sting me. Then i would shove them down the barrel of my air riffle. If i showed mercy i wouldn't put a pellet in behind them, most of the time i had no mercy [smiley=evil.gif] [smiley=evil.gif]

There was lots of splatted wasps all over the gate posts of my Dad's farm ;D ;D ;D

When I was about 10 years old I used to stand round the dustbin and kill the wasps with my thumb.  I've never had a fear of them but do have some respect for a nest though.

Talking of meggers, I crock-clipped one across a mate's ears when we were building/testing a PA system a few decades ago.  It beats me why he let me get as far as turning the handle (a quarter of a turn!).
