im on em, have been for a few months.

very happy so far..

only go to them if they offer their LLU service on your exchange though, their 'through bt' option is often complained about.

Been with O2 since the beginning, and the only time the service has ever dropped was when that main undersea cable got damaged a while back.....but that caused half the UK problems regardless of who the ISP was.

I pull 17Mbit downstream, get 2.2Mbit upstream, and they have yet to get shirty about my download habits.
If you get a Wireless Box II, then I'd wall mount it as they are known to overheat thanks to the poor design. The Wireless box III is much better, but both are still limited in what you can do with them (made that way so the customer can't fook about with them and screw things up).

As above though, if they don't offer the LLU service at your exchange then you'll be reliant on BT for pretty much most of your service.

i dont think they can be any worse than AOHELL, AOL charge 24.99 for unlimited, 02 charge 9.79 as i am a mobile customer, first 2 months free, free router and a better package than the other heap of rubbish.

There are a few in the same league as Arseholes On Line, but O2 isn't one of them.
