Tech 2 Software Update

Can anyone tell me where I can get a tech 2 update done re enabling cruise control at a reasonable rate, in the greater Glasgow area.

My geography above Hadrians failed attempt to keep the Scots out isn't that great  :-[, but our very own Hotel21 over towards the East comes highly recommended :y

I've only ever been to Glasgow twice - first time, I was very little, and was staying with my Aunt in Lockerbie, and she drove us there. 2nd time I flew in.  So I don't really know where it is  :-[

As the crow flies, I'm probably the closest, across in Fife.  Couple of the guys from the west have already been here and hadvthe biz done for errors and other bits and bobs....  :y
