Both arms,spent 5 hours leant over a cold bath with arms dipped in it,couldnt take them out until mrs Albs fired up her ice cube making machine and wrapped bags of ice cubes around the arms so I could come downstairs to eat my dinner.

Well it wont be your finger nail cause yours would be as big as most peoples whole hand

Its started to grow back actually,it looks almost normal now.
I fear the big toenails may be gone forever though,no signs of regrowth there at all.
