Car Failed MOT - Darth Loo-knee to the Rescue
« on: 11 September 2009, 16:54:47 »

My mig failed the MOT last week - went to see Daz yesterday only to find muppet at the dealers had given Daz the wrong part and didn't have it in stock.

Daz therefore got new part this morning and drove to me to fit it so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced any more.

You don't get service like that from the stealers and was half the price I was quoted by the garage and done in half the time they quoted me too.

Vibration now disappeared and I know it will sail through retest tomorrow.

Many thanks Daz - you are a life saver.

I dont often make posts about him unless they are in some way insulting and hopefully funny but, he seems to be slowly but surely developing a reputation as a damn good mechanic.

Dont tell him I said so though,we dont want him starting to take himself seriously. :y ;D
