Question for the fellow bikers - What do you use for music on the move?

Got some in-ear bose headphones that i have not tried yet, seem to do the job and seal out noise, but a bit fiddly to remove the headphones first before taking off the helmet.

I guess i can't change tracks on the move either  :-/

Usually i would as well, but on a run to the Isle of Man, or a trip to the alps, a bit of Matt Monroe would be nice
