I'm back!

It was fantastic started off steady under motor until I got to the wind south of Brownsea island threw the sail up and pulled up the motor.......
.....wow! Considering she only has 4m2 of sail area she's bloody quick even with a fatty like me on board! Got into the tidal stream so dumped the sail and the fish finder went beserque, fish everywhere! Dropped the rod in and caught me a few mackerel

Then I had a little moment when I fouled the prop and I was not in a very safe place. The tide is running at about 4 knots so I head over to one of those private piers around Sandbanks, lashed myself on, fixed the problem and as I pushed off the Harbour Master came over to see what I was doing. I pointed toward Chesil Beach, he nodded and I whizzed through at about 7 knots over ground (arent tides awesome!) and popped over to a spot I always wanted to go to.
About 500m off shore outside the entrance to Poole Harbour there is a patch of shallow ground where you can get out and stand in 2 feet of water with tankers to your right and yachts to your left, it's very surreal!

I waited for the tide to turn and used to the tide to push me all the way back home in a respectable 1hr 15mins (5 nautical miles!)
So the fish are gutted and in the fridge..... whats missing?
Ah beer!
