Sent my blackberry storm off due to it dropping calls, they never fixed the issue so I sent them a letter. Last week they sent me a Free brand new and unused Blackberry 8900 Curve for my inconvinience.

Hows that for service nice one blackberry, it's being put on ebay as we speak :y

Thats because the first gen storm is one of the worst phones ever produced!

I think it's quite nice actually only had the dropping call issue other than that it's been a ok  :y

Great customer service, but I agree that Blackberrys are totally over-rated.....

had a 8520 curve on upgrade from Orange......hated it.....sent it back within 48 hrs of having it and got a Nokia E71 instead......much much better phone all round.....
