I should be out tonight

I was invited to my girlsfriend's daughter's wedding reception this evening, but yesterday i started with a sore throat & now it's turned nasty. Nose feels like a tap, aches & no energy. I need a new body, anyone have one going spare :( :( :( :(

sorry pete aint got a spare body get some benalyn for flu down your throat ?[i think thats how you spell it] its good stuff but you should not drink with it ! or try the local bodyshop ?sorry mate had to get that one out ! :D ;D :y hope you make a speedy recovery?

I've had a good run, this is the first bout i've had since the beginning of January.
Usually very healthy, but when i get one i get a good one :'(

I have some Lemsips. I've had loads of garlic too so now there's two reason to keep away ;D

Had this on Thursday. Temperature, sore throat, drippy nose, the works. Right as rain again on Friday.

Haven't just had a flu jab, have you?

P.S. Just spotted a lens wrapped and ready to post the other side of the room. :-[

No flu jab here Kevin, i don't believe in it. As for the lens, no worries mate :)

I think it was probably the jab that set me off, but rather that than flu and asthma at the same time.

i think your right there kev .i was asked by my doctors if i wanted the flu jab i said no thanks !i am pleased i did because every one i no who has had the jab have caught the bloody bug. :-/ :y

I say to the doctor every year that the flu jab makes me ill, they say not ::) Still I have had the swine flu and Flu jab so will see what happens, the problem is if I don't have them..... :-/
