I was looking for information on a particular preserved railway coach, one search was wide typed in preserved coaches - my site top out of 322,000 pages :y :y

It's very easy to get in the first page, and moderately easy to hit the top 3.

No idea - I haven't tried to get it up there - I knew it was in googles listings but no where it was

Is it ???  Guess it depends on what is typed in the search box. Must admit loads of our website customers do find us by googling, so I guess we are doing something right ( just not enough of it! --- and alll by accident, not design!).

There speaks somebody who doesn't know what they are talking about  ;D

Well done to the bloke who started the thread, its hard to get to top of Google when doing a generic search.
