Lights will not fit. Skirts and bumpers will, but may need minor alteration.
Door cards should fit but may not look right with Pre F/L dashboard and would involve wiring working as F/L has window and mirror switches on the door but pre-F/L window switches are on centre console. (where personally I think they should have been left !)

I think pre-F/L has a slightly classier, old school feel, especially with leather seats. The F/L has more of what I'd describe as an "Euro" feel to it in my opinion.

I think seats should fit, again possibly some minor work and electrics may need a little re-wiring work. May also be a case of having side air-bags disabled as pre-F/L do not have side jobbies. Others on here should be along to confirm whether this is correct.

Personally I would save the money I would spend on facelift parts, sell my existing car and buy a facelift one.
