Padlock symbol in messages

Anyone know what they mean?  I have several with the small padlock symbol on the page icon....wierd.....

I`d assume that it means thread locked. ;)

Admins on OOF have a 'light touch', generally; so not as frequently seen as might be. :y

If it's on PM's I think they mean it's the confidebtial option. :y
