I had no idea that this was a real problem, I know there were some :( I do get a variety of PM's but friendly ones...... :y  I find it rather sad that nasty PM's go around, even in 'debate' we are entitled to an opinion, that is fine to be debated on an open forum but not personal, unless there are obvious legal/protections issues...... :)

Because:

A) I regularly communicate and get on with Josh very well, and -
B) I have done a lot of remedial work on Diane's Elite...

I can quite comfortably testify that Josh had NOTHING to do with Di purchasing a car with a few issues...  :)

Josh relies on reputation an awful lot. If he were to recieve numerous bad reports, he would soon be out of business. He knows this better than anyone - and as such - is very honest and detailed in cars that pass through his hands.

Despite what people may think of dealers - I can assure you that Josh is a "good egg" and does not set out to make silly money from people, or misguide  anyone  :y

I have never had an abusive PM either.

Makes me wonder(as Ihave said before)if itis the same group of people each time,or even members from else where trying to stir.

Suppose there will allways be some sad tossers lurking on the forums. :-/

Back to the abusive PM issue, and with regard to the forum rules, if anybody does receive abusive PMs, please let me or one of the other Admins know.  We do not look favourably on any genuinely abusive or offensive post, publically or privately  >:(


There will be occasions when we may disagree about the intention of the post - different people can read different intentions on a written text.

Just came across this thread and just wanted to make it known that I have not sent Diane a nasty PM slating her car or her personally, yes we have opposite views on things sometimes but I wouldnt do that to her.....

Just wanted to clear myself.

I had received a PM telling me that Josh Wyatt was getting a lot of bad publicity for selling me a dud car and I wrote the OP to clear his name.
Well, I tried, hope it worked.
Josh is a darling and I have a lot of respect for the kid.
