Outlaws came up for the day and treated me to a mega breakfast in ASDA - gotta admit it was awesome .  3 sausage, 3 hash brown, 3 bacon, 2 eggs, beans and tomatoes.  Felt like I put 2 stone on after I had finished.
Still back to rabbit food from tomorrow and try to shift some weight

not so much fat more round in places i shouldn't be
could do with losing a few pounds around the mid section.

Likwise, I was 10st 11lb 2 years ago. Now 12st 8lb. dont mind being that weight, just wish it was somewhere other than my gut.
Thought about knocking, but thought you or Mrs JCB would say " who the break are you?".
