I was watching a V6 on fleabay

and so I asked when the Cambelt etc was done, the reply I got was "Hi cambelt done at 112,000,only needs doing every 80,000 so not needed again till 192,000
Regards"
so I replied saying that its 40,000 miles mate or 4 years whichever happens first... I had this reply..
"I have spoken to Vauxhall, you are wrong don't waste my time or bother bidding"

Put the link up youth and get everyone on here to email him asking when the cambelt was last done and tell him its 40k not 80k ;D

I'll bet it's only had oil changes every 12,000 as well.

Looks like it may have done a fair bit of towing as well if it is fitted with a tow bar.

I just told him that if VX told him different to 40,000/ 4 years, he should get them to put it in writng that they will take responsibility when the engine goes bang. ::) :)
He must be tearing his hair out by now, loads of messages all saying the same thing. ::)
