Dear all,

I'm over the moon. I finally got the all clear from the Doctor today.

Following on from a couple of years of "stress" I have finally been given the all clear from the dreaded "C".

It's bad enough having this condition & treatment, but being made redundant and having a Son in Afghanistan don't help reduce the old stress levels I can tell you.

Anyway, I've got a job now, the boy is safe (for the time being) and health is sorted.

I'm off to drink some beer now.

Have a nice weekend all - I know I will.

I know exactly what you have been going through, as I too have been 'walking in your shoes' so to speak, for the past three years! I am not out of the woods yet, but have learned how to do without my stomach & my new esophagus (part of my old stomach) does the job very well up to a point ;D

Telly's dead though - thank goodness for the warranty, but in the scheme of things it don't matter a jot really .....
