My 96 CDX state estate has only got 113K on the clock so hopefully it will last me a few more years yet.

139,000 miles recorded plus a fair bit more when the last ABS ECU failed.

I think I will be buried in this car if Mrs Varche can get a JCB to dig a big enough hole. ;D ;D ;D ;D

153,000 on 1998..all original and still goes very well, but it is lovingly looked after.
Usual service bits and age related scars, but same engine/gearbox/rear axle, and fully expecting it to reach 200k and more.

95 cavalier diesel on 360,000 with original engine and box. still going strong when sold  :o   1990 shogun diesel on 250,000 sweet as a nut . Current tractor on 143,000, think the body will give out first though.

I took an  F, 1989, reg Toyota Corina II from 160K up to 250k, and still goig strong.

On my company cars, especially the Carlton CD's,  I took one from 0 new mileage to 118k in 18 months, and another from 0 to 112k in two years.

Overall I have travelled 1 million miles, but the vast majority of that on business and at high average speeds so all my cars were in virtually the same condition when they went back as when they were new 8-) 8-) 8-)

Nop, as the engines were kept at the optimum temperatures with the oil fully circulating and the engines worked to their design speeds, with full regular servicing and no failures.  Those engines were as good at the end of my use as they had been at the beginning. ;) ;)

Reckon I'm only on about 400k driving miles....   ....though in my younger days, the driven wheels did substantially more miles than the non driven wheels ::)
