Once you have sorted the under/over issue out then wait till you start talking, colour/pattern/texture/size etc and that just the toilet roll 

Then you have seat type and finish.  8-)

Then there is the full /half flush debate.  :-?

Ah, but you can't move on from tp issue until the pattern and colour is sorted, and you can't do that until the over under thing is decided as your colour/pattern will be arse backwards.

Our holder is pulled into the wall when the roll is fitted 'down' but pulled away from the wall when the roll is fitted 'up', so it's down to friction (and frugality  )
