personally i do about 4,000 in a busy year, my car is 13 years old and has done 104,000 so has averaged 8,000 a year ...so what is average?

I only managed 992 miles last lear.

Average for me is about 3/5000

The year before, I managed 25,684 miles.

I did about 13/14000 miles in the Astra shed to & from work, and about 5000 miles in the Omega, the majority of which was towing. And about 50 miles on my TDM .....

If you mean what do they term average, I reckon 10k a year when talking about buying/selling cars.

I do around 8k a year, that's what I tell my insurance co, whether it makes one jot of difference :-/
