just got back from a nice week off in the CARAVAN and yes the summons is on the mat,why cant they give you an option or let people who want to do it cos i dont want to especially when it can go on for twp weeks or even more >:( >:(

That would explain why when a few years ago I was called as an expert witness in a fraud case when the culprits were caught red-handed by the police who leapt from the back of the delivery van, the defendants were found not-guilty..... all of the jurors were unemployed & the dregs of society (just like the defendants)!!

The judge commended me on the clarity of my testimony, but I suspect the jury (with IQs in single digits) failed to understand & were only there for the expenses!
