Thanks to TheBoy & JoshWatt
« on: 19 September 2010, 22:07:30 »

TB popped around today to help a useless student change his front shocks, ta  :y

Rears are being an issue being left to soak in WD40, just browsing a tool station mag at the moment, as i need to get a 4-8mm set of spanners really as the wrenchs are no good for this kind of job.

Josh turned up later on needing work done to his, but he kindly lent a hand when we had to get the spring compressors out.

Just nicely stuffed after a nice curry, looking forward to getting the rear shocks on!

You ain't thinking spanners for the top of the rear shock are you T?
If so use an adjustable, 6mm are often a bit spindly and tend to snap when you try to undo the top nut.

Yeah, a spanner is useless in that situation tunnie, just done mine yesterday & as the Capt'n said, an adjustable was the only way to go  :y
