« on: 25 September 2010, 08:18:45 »

This was given to me but I'm not sure of the answers. I know some of them but feel sure the great minds of OOF will sort it out.
Good luck......

The sun shone to               the day as we set sail for Hong Kong and the                   aboard an ancient wooden ship which had a                riddled with holes.

The               was made up of Scots,Welshman and others of the                race.

The cabin boy was a pleasant lad and one of his duties was to             the boiler. He won a place in our            by practising his              all by himself as if sent to                 .

On the whole, the               was good for the family and the rest did my                   as she had not had a holiday                 too long.

At last we docked in the            , just outside a            and without further delay,               for the                which was the residence of the Hawaii monarchy.
The              greeted us with the traditional                as is the custom and immediately took us took us to see her                  which had just been completed next to her holiday         .
On the way we went through the               which was looked after by              dressed in               green.
Their job was to keep the fierce           under control, and for this they were paid in               which they used to              underground for safekeeping.
All was not wonderful in this land as we did notice an old factory through a               the             .
On our way back we walked round a             to avoid the cattle but we were not sure           to use to cross the river.
Later we returned to the ship to have tea,           cake,             buns and some           which had been in the cold store since we set sail.
We retired to our bedroom and put the             the door to make sure we were not disturbed and would sleep soundly.
