Yummy, yummy in my tummy!

Haven't had it for years and just polished off a big pile of it :)

Basically a few eggs in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste, whipped up as per scrambled eggs.

Dip slices of bread into the egg mix so that it soaks up (not too long, bread will disintegrate) then fry until brown to your liking.

Tomato sauce, sugar, mustard mayo, jam or whatever topping to your taste and polish off....

Good way to use up otherwise stale bread and excess eggs.  :)

I think that is what we had a cinnamon/sugar mix on.

I put a drop of milk in my mix, but i do with scrambled eggs any way.

As others have said, not had any since I was a kid but was talking about it the other day and fancied some.

Pop a dash or two of worcester sauce in as well... MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!! :y  :y
