Send a PM to Hotel21 as he is the admin that deals with these kind of things  :y

£100 is considerable amount to be out of pocket.  :(

Also not very nice to hear he has deleted you on facebook, looks like he is trying to get away with it  >:(

considering this was over 2 months ago now, the courier had "lost" the parcel and he didnt insure it so he probs couldnt get it back so is trying to avoid it. Sad really that some people can be such "pikeys" (i dont mean to cause offence by the way)

There is no reason he should be getting out of it, he should be able to claim at least some of the amount back from the courier. But any decent person would refund the money and take issue up with the courier, as some members have done so when posting parts.

What was the courier company, do you know?

As mentioned open a dispute case with H21  :y

Ha I do alot of work for them!!in fact I'm employed bt them!the chances of them
Loosing are minimal as person to person parcels only came in two months ago so they are being very carefull.they do insure parcels for up to £150 and all parcels are traced by the company,if you can get the number and call hermes they will sort it out!hope the number helps mate.

seeing as so many of you have been "deleted" i thought it only fair to suggest that he may have suspended/deleted his fb account, this will remove his name from EVERYONE he had as a contact until he reactivates it.

I know this because I recently deactivated an old account of mine, and had messages from ppl asking why I had deleted them, when I clearly hadnt.

cheers  ;)
