This is the same attitude lazy B***ards use for litter which is almost as bad as dog poo bags hanging from trees. People should be responsible for the mess they or their pets make in public places. >:(

 :y Totally agree.......

......as an 'anal'ogy: would it be acceptable to see parents letting their kids defecate in the aisle at Tesco? ::)

It did happen, but only the once, the store security officers rushed to the scene and rectum by bombarding them with stools from ailse 22.

In a few days, our new family addition will be able to go for his first walk (having had his innoculations and got over his kennel cough). What method of poop scoop do you use?

Some people recommend nappy sacks, while others go for the pet shop plastic grabs (with bags).

Please don't anyone post that they don't clear up when walking in public areas! >:(

i got a funny dog lol

so dont have a problem
for some reson my rotwhiler wont shit out side
it will take a leak on a walk but will do the other and will wait to  when we get back or before we go out

We use plastic poop bags with the twin handles for fastening the used bag securely. Turn the bag inside out over your hand, pick up the dogs droppings (hopefully fairly solid ::)) & turn right way up and knot the handles :y
For those occassions when our little darlings have a really soft or loose toilet , I carry a squirty bottle of disinfectant to cover what I can't pick up :D

I have just seen that a freeze spray is available for the softer ones!  :o :o

http://www.mypetuniverse.co.uk/poop-freeze-115ml.html
could come in usefull for the morning after curry and beer nights :y

My daughter has a German Shepard. When he dumps a bucket and shovel are necessary!   :D

if i had a dog [and i dont] i wouldnt clear it up why should i ?
sure i wouldnt let it do it in a kids playground/pavement and yes i know i could be fined for it but part of my council tax goes to pay for the upkeep of these places so if im already paying for the service why should i do the job myself? would i get a refund on my tax? i dont think so somehow.

If you had a dog, please explain how you would take it to the nearest field without walking on a pavement?
Do you already live in the country side :-?

i didnt say i would not let my dog walk on the pavement, just not do there mess on it.

This is the same attitude lazy B***ards use for litter which is almost as bad as dog poo bags hanging from trees. People should be responsible for the mess they or their pets make in public places. >:(

no sorry if you throw litter it will just stay there.if the dog poos on the grass, surely its just the same as useing manue and will rot down and help with growth so really i would be doing a public service.

I think the best way to compare Dog Poo with Manure would be to compare Lemonade with Toxic Waste...
