It may not be an HSV .. but it is a Holden Commodore ... SV6 series 2 SIDI 3.6  :)

It is a fine looking beast. It should be quite quick with a 3.6 engine :y

Aussie baiting went really well ... :)  some more to do tonight now we have the Ashes back .... officially. 


Pub is actually very nice ... a micro brewery place that makes REAL beer ...


Car goes like the proverbial.. is a tad tricky to park as you can't see any of the corners from the seat !!!! Suspension a tad firm but it handles very well once wound up  .... not that I'd do that of course.....  :)

As a "point of interest" ... one thing the Aussies do is to declare "double demerit periods" nationwaide.... means if you get caught for any traffic offence during the period you get double points on your licence ... and no appeal. They also set up "breath test road blocks" and test every driver .... causes some traffic chaos but seems to work :)

Off to the pub then .... speak soon ... :)
