To keep everyone informed (mainly so Admin know whats happening).
I did get my payment back from Paypal that was made to "bikerroz85" and he never did get in touch.
However miggy24 has contacted me, in an apologetic PM and told me that he has got the kit back from his carrier and will send it out in the next few days. Hopefully we will have this resolved shortly.

Thank you for updating this, Andy..... :y

I`m sure I speak for many here, when I say that when a bad deal happens via OOF, it hurts us all....It`s nice to hear you`re soon going to get your kit and be able to give your throttle-foot a rest on long journeys. ;)

Hopefully it will all be sorted to your satisfaction. I have purchased many parts through OOF and so far all deals have been completed to a very high standard.

I think I would rate most sellers on here very highly.

Good to see that you seem to have things sorted out at last Andy. :y

It's a sad reminder that in spite of whatever steps are taken, things can go wrong in any transaction.

Just to keep you all informed. Miggy24 did not send the kit "in the next few days" as promised on his pm of November 8th.
I have waited delivery for 7 1/2 months since making payment and have now asked for a refund. In addition to running out of patience, I have also recently had an accident and it appears likely that my Omega will be written off.

Very sad news on both fronts Andy - I hope no one was injured as a result of the collision.

Insofar as the elusive cruise control is concerned I think your patience has been exemplary - I do hope that the refund materialises quickly so you can put all this behind you.

Keep us up to date with your progress.
