I've just sat & watched that video for a good few mins. Seems like chaos that works, drivers stopping on pedestrian crossings, cyclists riding over the crossings as pedestrians are crossing. Drivers driving over what looks like pavements & some folk are letting fire works off in the streets. I guess they're all [size=18]HAPPY[/size]

Yes, someone just set off a banger in the middle of the street! Are those police in the high-viz jackets in the foreground? The van's got chevrons on it, but I can't make out if it is a police van or not. Either way, they're not concerned about the fireworks.
