FFS Not again!

My frickin' hernia has split just at the repair. A tiny lump you could'nt see but i can push it in & it pops out :o when i cough etc!!! No pain but i'll have to see the doctor & be referred again i suppose. ::)
   I would'nt mind but i was a pin cushion last time & i'm more afraid of needles than i am of Anne Widdicombe's front bottom!! >:( :(

not good mate, i always feel mines gonna go again when i lift something heavy.just sense it somehow. hope you can get it sorted soon
