Back Problems - On the mend
« on: 24 January 2011, 20:12:11 »

Chiropractor and company doctor both happy with the progress today. No longer signed off sick but return to work on reduced hours for 2 sets of 4 shifts (first set I have booked as holiday anyway as well as 1 from the second set ::)) but at least I'm back to work :y :y

Still got to be careful as it's not fully better but getting there :y :y

Unfortunately not an option in my job... I'm a crane driver :y

The short shifts will give me a chance to build some strength back up though :y :y

As Albs said Paul, take it easy & make sure you're fully recovered. I thought my hernia was sorted after nearly a year, not as bad as it was but there goes this years holiday...again. >:( . I'm really gonna have to limit my OOF & Classic car meets to the bare minimum yet again this year.

Not flippin' happy about it or another operation but our health comes first mate. :y

Thanks guys... I know I still have to be careful. Bit tender tonight, but I would expect to be after this morning's Chiro appointment :y Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back to how I was yesterday, or even better!

Going back to work will be a shock  ::) ::) Finished my last shift at 0700 on November 26th :o :o

Looking forward to it though, which is something I never thought I would say! There's only so much time you can spend resting and doing nothing ;) ;)
