Starting to feel the same. :(

Chin up, Mate. You'll look back one day when things are better and wonder what you were worried about.

if we do have to part it will be on good terms this time, of that i'm certain

been through it plenty of times but never had a house before!!

if it cant be sorted out, i think it's time to enjoy the single life, for the rest of my life, and be very selfish

Shame things dont work out as we want them to, hope you manage to work things out Danny, have you considered keeping the ouse and taking on lodgers or just keeping the house and renting it out (thats if it covers the mortgage)  I never thought of this option when I had to sell my house to go into business in 1985, if I had the motgage would have been paid off by 3rd parties and I would be £150,000 proffit better off if sold at todays price.

Gets harder to get back on the property ladder as time goes by.

is the house in your name or hers, was it a joint buy or was it yours to begin with? Like above, I'd look at getting lodgers to help pay mortgage, now its time to buy not to sell  :(

Spend money you would have spent on a SWMBO, on fun stuff, like learning to snowboard or motorbikes and holidays! thats what i do  8-)

she's grown apart from me on the relationship side of things, the truth is, we do both really love each other but the way she feels about me isnt the right kind of love anymore, we're best friends, even now, and we're gonna continue living together for as long as we possibly and realistically can

even through the realisation that we cant be a couple anymore, there's been no bad feelings, no hate, no resentment, and most importantly no lies

the house is in both our names, and its a big house for what we paid (too big for us, and way too big for just one of us!!) and at the moment neither of us has anywhere else to go yet!!

i'm not hoping for anything but there's always the possibility this seperation may open our eyes, or not, but we're prepared for it now.

it weren't easy telling my mum tho!
