Are these really the cailbre of people we are sending to the mother of parliaments to represent us these days?

In that place so many of them become like children in their mentality!

It just shows how isolated they are from the rest of life

This does'nt surprise me one iota. You can hear/see them ooh & aahing, jeering eachother, they obviously think they're the danglies & as said they're that detatched from the real world they don't realize the rest of us look on them with complete ridicule.
   The whole thing's a farce. I don't vote for them but sadly have no choice but to pay for them. It still amazes me that some folk actually have an interest in politics but that's just me.

Im usually pretty unshockable when it comes to politicians - they are mostly, lower than a snakes bollix in a ditch - but this did shock me. Taking the p1ss out of someone who is disabled while they are trying to speak.......

Is it Nigel/Tony? Benn who drinks tea by the pint? I admit to not knowing of his politics but love listening to him speak.
  He still does radio interviews.

Tony Benn believes fervently in Parliamentary democracy. Whilst I may disagree with some of his views, he is to be admired for those sentiments alone.

Was also friends with politicians of all colours.

His biggest success was keeping the Concorde project going when it was at risk of cancellation

It came as no surprise to me that the offenders are labour. The height of hypocrisy, given the pseudo religion of equality and diversity they have imposed on the country.
