Nope the beast of Redmond has built series record into it.

Still remember it like it was yesterday. The only time I felt worse about a car racing event was Zolder 1982. :'(

the series only lasted 5 weeks, gotta say its becoming sxxt, jaguar challenge was done by pistonheads months ago,959 and f40 did they really breakdown or did the owners not want tg breaking em,sorry but the need to call it a day...thought prescot was a good sport...

yeah i remember it too. ive researched it a bit. apparently wasnt the actual impact of the barrier that killed him. something came off the car before impact and smashed his head. grim!

loved everything about the jag apart from its exterior asthetics.

did he have the interior light on all the way or was it some sort of comfort lighting jag thing??  :-/ looked great inside though. although i hate the look of the steering wheel for some reason lol

it'd be the light for the camera filming inside the car - i like the new jag, but the Bertone design concept looked gorgeous, as did the new aston martin....but it did look like every other aston martin at the mo - not a bad thing i suppose  :y
