Those clever Eurocrats have amended the rules by sleight of hand to "avoid having referendums in certain countries".

However my question is " is the £4billion we are likely to stump up forfeit or do we get it back plus interest?"

If the latter then it might just be good business. We seem to have money available at the drop of a hat for worthwhile causes like yet more wars, Ireland bailout. etc
