Someone mentioned the DS420 in another thread and I started reading around..

Manipulation like that would take a competent person minutes these days - I wonder how long it took in 1968? A good deal more time with a scalpel and a dark room, I'll bet.

My Dad has been in the funeral game for years so on occasion used to bring the firm's car home at dinner time. I also used to go home from school for my dinner. As a spotty 14/15 yr old 'yoof' I used to get my Dad to take me back after dinner in the Daimler! The older cars had wind down windows at the very back so you could practice your 'Royal wave'.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
