Quickest way to empty an office?

Tell them there is free Ice Cream! Part of Sky's Summer for staff, they drafted in some Ice Cream vans.

Sod fire alarms, just tell everyone there are Ice Creams going outside  ;D

I noticed the arrows painted on the road.....is that to tell the sky staff, which direction they should be travelling in....kinda like a normal road really  ::) ;D
