Om nom delicious processed food.

Ljay - I doubt I could walk a 10k, let alone run one these days. See earlier comment on stomach stapling!

If it makes anyone feel any better, I knew a guy at university who couldn't cook, and would buy big macs a dozen at a time, take them home and chuck them in the freezer. They would then be microwaved (burger, bap, salad and all) when he felt peckish - breakfast, dinner, tea, after the pub, etc. :o

You would have thought he'd look like a burger after that lot, but his dermatological condition was more suggestive of Pizza Hut. ;D

I actually love McDonalds, I don't go there very often but I think their burgers are lovely  ;)

But yes, some people live on them, not a good thing

I was at a meeting oop north today and had to get back quickly so naturally I had to get a quick lunch.  I pulled into KFC and asked the girl behind the counter for a 3 piece variety meal.  She rang in a 2 piece meal and I didn't notice till I sat down.  I took the hint  ;D

Problem is, anything MuckDonalds sell leaves you hungry again in an hour, despite having eaten your way through a whole day's calories.

Then again, 2 meals at what? £5 a go.. Could have got a steak and chips for that.. or a curry.. chinese. Something with some flavour, at any rate. ;D

That is very true about being hungry again pretty soon after.

Listening to the radio the other morning.....apparently a Dominos large pizza has summat like 2400 calories in it.....more than the recommended daily intake for a man  :o and equivalent of about 5 big Macs  :o

I wouldnt eat 5 big Macs but i could eat a Dominos large pizza   :-/

Much like a Chinese takeaway! You feel absolutely stuffed for 30 minutes, pleasantly full for another hour.. then it's like you haven't eaten for a fortnight  ;D

Given a choice between branded burger fast food places, KFC for me. Wicked Meal to be precise.

I have to avoid the bargain buckets, as something in the Colonel's secret recipe of 11 herbs and spices gives be the 10 bob bits within about 30mins

Donalds, though, is convenient for driving...  ...half a dozen of their 99p burgers can be scoffed easily at the wheel in the passenger seat, and is filling. Apparently.
