Guess what product I used to make my car shine.
« on: 07 September 2011, 15:24:54 »

I clean my car using 1 of three different types of products after washing it.

Guess what product I use this time!?

1.  Autoglym Super Resin Polish.
2.  Demon Shine Wash On and Dry off Wax.
3   Turtlewax Colour Specific Polish.

Sorry for the quality of the pictures, they were taken on my phone which has a scratched lense  ;D

All I did was blank the reg plates. These were taken on a Nokia N97 so a fairlly good camera but got lots of scratches from the cover sliding over the lense.

I was bored and wanted to prove a point as I saw a few weeks a go some people arguing on here about what product was better.

So all you have to do is say which product you think I used!

No offence meant.....but your photos are so bad in half of em you cant tell if its a silver or white car, let alone shine levels.

Decent photos would/may get an answer to your question. You know what product was used so why do need someone to tell you :-?

No mobile phone has an acceptable camera.  The N97's is no exception. Clearly ;)

The other thing to remember, is actual shine is not an indicator of whats best, or why someone favours one over the next.

You need to look at the whole picture (excuse the pun)

Things like,

Ease of application
Shine
Protection
Longevity
Cost

Not hard to get a shine with any cheap stuff, but that is just a small part of the story.

£2 for 5l from Asda cheapo nasty stuff I suspect. Though a pure guess, as the camera makes it impossible to see anything

The title made me wonder if that product was natural and if so, how long it had taken you to collect enough to polish an omega with! ::) ::)
