Anyone Removed an LPG Kit before?
« on: 17 July 2009, 19:05:05 »

Breaking a 2.5 v6 facelift soon with full lpg kit.

Anyone got any tips about removing it, obviously running the tank empty for a start and not doing it in confined space whilst smoking etc etc.

But has anyone actually taken a kit out an omega before on the basis of reusing it at a later date?

I know the pipe work etc wont be suitable but i want to keep as many of the generic parts to "perhaps" LPG the Rangie....

TIA  ;)

I also stripped my setup out of the ex-plod MV6,

I had half a tank of gas, so shut off the manual valve on the tank and dissassembled. fairly straight forward.

Tank has been in the garage for at least a year  ::)

was going to put it in the present miggy, but may well upgrade to a full new install
