Going to look at an 07 reg BMW 320d SE tonight in Essex, wish me luck, it's not a 530d that I wanted but it's nice it's HPI clear and it's a good price with full BMW service history

05 320 get it right  But think of it this way i'll have even more money to spend on a 530d when it comes time to sell this one and it's an 07 plate but I won't count me chickens just yet

Being 07 i guess its the ugly munter version? The very latested ones look quite nice but the first of the new shapes look dreadful.

Just remember to sell me the 530d for £2.50

Go find your internet specs grandad, and look at the bonnet 

Granted there is not much change, but the extra edges in the bonnet and slighly meaner look make it look much better IMO

Totally agree with you that the 2009 one looks better but I don't agree on the older one being ugly but that my opinion

As an experience, between every car purchase and selling my bank account becomes worse as  I cant stop myself changing parts.. so why not go directly for 530d.. :-/

Well I have the cash, but I don't want all my money tied up in one car to be honest, will soon be there about 25 minutes away

dont forget to check tire gap distances for equality..this will give you idea about previous problems the car had..

Well it looks like i've been done, hour and half up here, phone is now off, no car here other than an S-reg bmw I saw people behind the curtain and they moved then the lights went out. A nights money lost, and 30 pound in fuel wasted
