Link bars Renault trafic
« on: 18 October 2009, 18:40:58 »

Bought some link bars off the internet for my trafic (same as vivaro) fitted them last week, noticed it was banging around more after I fitted them, so I had another look and noticed they didn't look done up, tried doing them up some more but it's just spinning on the thread, they are knackered nuts, they're a 17 mil nut, I'm left with the task of trying to find replacements.

Anyone know what thread they are or do they vary? Limited to one car so can't take one off and go the my local factors and get one.

Cheers

17mm is usually a 10mm thread. Would imagine its just a standard metric nut is it not?

I think it's a nylock nut, I think the guy I got them off has supplied the wrong type of nut.
